The Exchange: Insight & Debate Sessions
The Exchange is our roundtable event designed to bring together emerging Gen-Z creatives and established industry professionals in an open, respectful space. Through honest conversation and healthy debate, the event encourages fresh perspectives, and meaningful connections across generations within the creative industry.
Kollab Careers: Industry Mentorship Workshops
Our Kollab Careers Workshops support emerging creatives through hands-on training, practical careers advice, and meaningful mentor matching. Each workshop is designed to build confidence, develop employability skills, and help creatives take clear steps towards their career goals.
Kollab Nights: Networking Mixers for Creatives
Our Kollab Nights are networking events designed to bring emerging creatives together in a relaxed, welcoming space. Through industry insights, interactive networking games, and live creative challenges, each event encourages meaningful connection and real opportunities to learn from one another and industry professionals.
Empowering Your Career Journey
We empower creatives to take ownership of their career journeys through supportive accountability groups, vision-building coaching sessions and the sharing of practical, accessible career resources in schools, colleges and universities. Creators Circle is our accountability group designed to support creatives through shared goals, regular check-ins, and collective encouragement.

Kollab NXT GEN is our flagship employability programme for creatives aged 18-21, that combines research and career development with self-discovery and creativity.
